The Journey to the Ledgendary Draconian Blade

" OH um yes sorry about that i was day dreaming" she says blushing cause she was embarrased.

Lugia nodded and turned to Sammy. You are the last to make the vow; make it or you shall not pass.

Raive waited patiently for Sammy but noted that the storm over the temple was growing. "Sammy, you have to make this vow quickly. Else we won't survive the storm."

[Eiva]

Eiva continued to hide from the Lugia her fear getting the better of her. Sioda realized almost a little too late that holding up this spell and blocking Alexander from their minds to keep this Lugia safe was too much for her. Just as his sister fainted he took control of the spell and caught her. "You did great Eiva....you were so brave...sleep a little ok?" he says gently holding his unconscious sister close watching everything and everyone intently.

(OOC: If this Alexander were to try to take over Lugia's mind, I assure you he would not be able to. Lugias are really powerful.)

Lugia looked curiously at the twins, sending Eiva a bit of energy to revive her. Did the vow drain her energy? That should not have happened... the energy should keep her going for a little while, it's my way of apologizing.

[Aaron]

Sammy nodded" Yes i promise and vow" she says in the most serious way she ever had done before.

[Eiva]

Eiva's eyes fluttered open slowly, and Sioda helped her sit up. Well for us we swear on our magic, but we can easily drain our strength by using too much magic at once.....but thank you for the help its very much appreciated. Sioda attempts to explain.

Eiva looked at the Lugia again and nodded to what her brother had said.She was always shy and fearful but that was just her. She generally trusted everyone and everything.

[Aaron]

Sammy smiled " After this is over i can still stay with you guys right?" she says asks looking hopefully at Sioda and Eiva.

[raive]

The Lugia silently turned around and began to fly towards the temple. It will reject anyone not in protection of one of our psychic barriers... With that, a shimmering barrier formed around the whole group, conforming to their bodies like a slippery suit of armor. Follow me.

Raive followed, with Jade on his back. "Everyone, come on!"

Jade nodded and held tightly as they began to move. After a long time, Jade rested her head on Raive's neck, "After this..." she mumbled to him, "Do you think we can land and find a comfy house to sleep in? By the time we find the blade, it'll be no later than four or five. Maybe your wife would allow it..." She moaned lazily into Raive's back feathers, stretching a bit before she pulled her head up.

After what felt like hours, Jade caught sight of a stone temple, surrounded by whirlpools in the middle of the sea. The temple was a bit larger than the last one, and it didn't have the crumbling ancient appearance. It looked like it was just created a few weeks ago.

"I think that's it!" Jade shouted, pointing at the temple.

"'Bout time!" Jakal shouted back, impatient, "Almost fell asleep up here!"

"Whatever... Raive, do you see a place where we can land?"

[Eiva]

The twins had both fallen asleep the spell working still. Eiva's head on Sioda's shoulder and Sioda's head on top of her's.

Lugia nodded and gestured at a broad balcony of sorts that jutted out from the temple. Other Lugias could be seen gathered there.

The Lugia leading them landed on the platform, as did Raive and the others. He bowed to the other Lugias. "Elders, thank you for having us here. We shall go alone from here."

The Lugias bobbed their heads. One said, Be wary, half-kin. You are not just going to enter that temple and find the blade. There are traps... and then there is a powerful enemy at the end that all Lugias must battle to prove themselves. You already suffer from the condition of it, young one, but it is the Shadow itself, made manifest in this realm.

Raive shivered and looked scared. "Shadow Lugia?"

The one who had been speaking, a female, nodded again. Yes. You must not fall to the Shadow. However, you will not be fighting it, nor will the others, except you, Jade. The splinter of the blade has already called to you, but heed this warning: do not seek to take any other artifacts from the temple. These belong to the Lugia-kin alone, and our wrath will most certainly kill you, no matter how many tough situations you've been in. With that said... she looked at a stone door and her eyes glowed. The door slid open, sliding up into the temple. Enter. You will be tested.

[Eiva]

Sioda slid and woke up gently shaking Eiva awake. She yawned her eyes still closed as she hid behind her brother. She could sense them and it scared her she was very skittish and power scared her. She'd rather be weak then powerful because of the price her kind would have to pay.

Sioda Walked forward the ancient magic Eiva had cast exploding into brillent golden light that went back to her and faded into her. "You did great Eiva.....your already better at Weaving spells then I am..." her brother complements trying to give her a confidence bost.

[Aaron]

Sammy blushed when she saw that they didn't hear her " um soida can I still stay with you guys after this is over" she asks again.

[Eiva]

"of course" Sioda says letting Eiva lean on him. She was after all the younger twin and a lot of power in a spell weaver means a lot of health issues. Mostly in the matters of the mind and in Eiva's case a weak body at times.

[Aaron]

Sammy sighed with relief " I want to be your trustworthy servant, I will do everything in my power to help you" she says getting bread out of her bag " want some?"she asks generously.
