The Journey to the Ledgendary Draconian Blade

[Eiva]

Eiva continued to argue with Avie finally having gotten her own body back and booting Avie into her astral form. "Because I don't like you." she says calmly to the pest of a lesser half.

Avie by this point glared at her and disappeared leaving Sioda to carry Eiva on his back. "God she's annoying as ever..."

"Yup....and I have everyday in the rest of eternity " she says tiredly.

Raive warily looked around as he landed, letting Jade slide off his back. "I suggest we keep a low profile... anthro Lugias and Kisiyume aren't all that common." He turned to the children. "You three don't have to worry about much."

He looked at Jakal. "Well, Jakal, lead on. You know this place better than we do..."

[Aaron]

Sammy looked at Eiva " Eiva u ok?" she asks noticing she was acting different.

[Eiva]

"That was my dark halv Avie.....shes.........Avie" she explains resting her head on Sioda

Sioda kept her on his back watching everyone.

[Aaron]

Sammy nodded to Jakal then sighed with relief " Well at least your back " she says sitting down.

Jakal nodded, before leading everyone through the city. Jakal showed them the complex city, leading them through various market places, tourist sites, and other miscellaneous areas of interest. Jakal was just about to show the group the next supply store, when he noticed a very large crowd of people crowded at the front of a grand golden temple. Jakal sighed, shaking his head, while Jade groaned.

"Seriously?!" Jade shouted, looking at the massive crowd, "Why the hell must there be so many goddamn people?!"

"I figured people were going to be here..." he sighed, watching the crowd slowly grow. He looked over the heads of the civilians to see that the temple was guarded. He shook his head, grumbling to himself, when, at the corner of his eye, caught sight of a boy standing where they stood, drawing in a sketch-book with a red pen. Jakal looked up and noticed that the boy was a black-lab wearing a name-brand hoodie. His eyes widened. Xavier! his head screamed. Relying on pure reflex, Jakal rolled on the ground and pointed Pandora, loaded with bullets, at Xavier, who turned around, confused.

"Alright!" Jakal snarled, "You're not getting away from us this time!"

Xavier was startled, backing up suddenly, before he blinked, stopping a moment and putting Mysherrah away in his pocket, "Uhm..." he started, glancing down at the ground before looking back at Jakal, "I... uh... what...?"

Jakal narrowed his eyes, confused, transforming Pandora back, "W-what?" he said, cautious but confused.

"Do I know you?" Xavier asked.

"Y-you're serious?"

Jade walked over to Jakal, staring at Xavier, "You're not Xavier, are you?"

The boy suddenly remembered the groups' faces before looking away, "I-I'm sorry... for what Xavier did to you all..." he said guiltily, "He... I have a split personality... Xavier is my other mind... he takes over sometimes... I'm sorry..." he looked up at the group, his eyes watery with guilt.

Jakal made a face, not buying his excuse, but Jade couldn't help but to feel sorry inside, "So..." she started, "What's your actual name?"

"Samuel..." he said, looking up at Jade, his eyes gleaming in the sunlight, "S-Samuel Rivers."

Raive had a hand on his pistol the entire time, but relaxed it, elbowing his way up to Samuel. "Look, man, you caused me to go into Shadowform. I'm surprised you're back on your feet after being engulfed in flames. But the reality is this: You've got an extremely powerful weapon and you're using it in all the wrong ways. I'm sure you don't have to use Mysherra to get your fragment of the blade. Just give it up to us, and we'll help you. But..." here, his face turned serious and he surreptitiously slammed his pistol into Samuel's gut. "You turn on us... I will wipe you off the face of this planet. And trust me, it will happen. Understand?"

Before Samuel could speak, the dragons' voices sounded in his mind. Samuel Rivers... the one whose mind is split. You have one of our treasures... if you wish to be a wielder of a Fragment, you must keep control of Xavier, for you are not evil at heart. We can drive the crowd out of here... but you must promise to lock him out of your mind. We have seen the Lugia, the Kisiyume, and Jakal in action. Together they will be your end. So make your vow, right here and right now, and your way shall be cleared. If you cannot, then you will not receive your fragment. The voices seemed to pause. We will also provide you with the power to temporarily have full control of your mind so that you may make this vow. However, your actions from then on shall be your own.

Samuel stared at the gun, before closing his eyes. I will keep him at bay... but... hie thoughts paused, before he looked up at Raive and nodded, "I'll do my best. I promise not to lay blade or finger on any of you. I will keep Xavier at bay... but I don't want the blade... at all."

Jade blinked, confused. Jakal raised an eyebrow.

[Eiva]

Eiva looked at the boy from her position behind her brother.

Sioda was just watching Samuel curiously. Avie made herself seen by poking Eiva hard on one of her wings.

"Ah!" Eiva yipped jumping forward "AVIE!!!! Come on....." she pouted galring very unthretaningly at the black fox she shared a body with. Avie just laughed cruelly at her as she blushed. "Your not fare!!! You said you'd stop doing that!!" the two started to argue loudly Eiva winning in a cute way not the annoying high pitched whine just a kind of cute annoyed whine. Avie just crossed her arms and sighed as she argued. Sioda watched the two one eyebrow raised.

[Aaron]

Sammy looked at Sioda " Is this the same thing that happened before?" she asks meaning when Avie and Eiva were arguing earlier.

[Eiva]

"Well.....Avie is Eiva's dark side....she has a mind of her own....and well they often clash like this....." Sioda says watching Eiva yell and pound childishly on Avie's arm. "It just tends to show how adorable my sister is..." he says chuckling at her.

[Aaron]

Sammy looked at Eiva " Avie won't her her will she?" she asks Sioda with worry.

[Eiva]

"No.....just take over if she lets her....right now though Eiva's in control..." Sioda watches as Avie holds Eiva in ahead lock messing up her hair.


"Stop it Avie!!!!" Eiva whines trying to get out of the head lock only to have Avie change to holding her around her thin waist.

"Oh stop whining cutie......" Avie says seductively. This starts an entirly new argument between the two. It actually was pretty funny as they argued Sioda was just watching them trying to see who would win this time.

[Aaron]

Sammy stood next to Sioda and watched the argument like he did to see who was going to win the argument.

Raive blinked in confusion. "In the Temple of the Lugias... you were after the blade. I saw you try to get to it. Why not now? Why have you suddenly decided not to have it?"
